Flourless Pumpkin protein muffins

These protein muffins are pumpkin spice and everything delish! They’re easy to make and perfect for Fall.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/3 cup sugar free syrup

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (I used Lillys)

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place baking cups in muffin pan.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together.

  3. Pour mixture into baking cups - fill half way.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes,

  5. Remove the muffins from the oven and let cool on wire rack, enjoy!
