Flourless Pumpkin protein muffins
These protein muffins are pumpkin spice and everything delish! They’re easy to make and perfect for Fall.
Ingredients:
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup sugar free syrup
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/3 cup chocolate chips (I used Lillys)
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 pinch salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place baking cups in muffin pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
Pour mixture into baking cups - fill half way.
Bake for 15-20 minutes,
Remove the muffins from the oven and let cool on wire rack, enjoy!
