Protein French Toast

Do you have a sweet tooth but have a hard time meeting protein goals? Try this protein french toast the next time your craving a midnight snack!

Ingredients:

  • ezekiel bread

  • 1/4 cup egg whites

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • cinnamon

  • pinch of sea salt

  • sugar free syrup

Directions:

  1. Preheat non stick skillet to low-medium heat.

  2. In a pie dish, whisk together egg whites, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Egg wash ezekiel bread and place on heated skillet. Cook until golden brown 5-8 mins, flip half way through.

  4. Add sugar free syrup and enjoy!
